Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 cups Beef broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 piece Star anise, whole
-1 teaspoon five spice powder
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon cornstarch, dossolve in
-1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sliced leeks
- 2-175grams Argentina Chunkee Corned Beef
PROCEDURE:
I a sauce pan, combine soy sauce, beef broth, salt, five spice powder, star anise and sugar.Allow to boil.Stir in cornstarch slurry, cook until thickened.Add leeks and Argentina Corned Beef.
SERVE HOT with Fried Rice ...
