Ingredients 1 large potato,2 eggs,Cheese,2 slice ham,ketchup or pizza sauce,pineapple tidbits,salt and pepper,cooking oil
HOW TO COOK TINOLA I PINOY RECIPE
Ingredients
1/2 kilo Chicken (Tinola Cut)
Garlic,Onion,Ginger
Sayote or Papaya
Fish Sauce
Pepper to tase
1 Chicken cubes
Green Chili
Malunggay or Chili leaves
Cooking oil
PROCEDURE:
Saute, ginger onion and garlic in hot oil pot until auromatic. Add the chicken piecer and fish sauce and render until fats and juices come out. Pour in water and bring to boil. Cook until meat is tender. Add the sayote or papaya until its soft. Lastlly add the chili or malunggay leaves.
Ready to Serve.....
