Ingredients 1/2 kilo Chicken (Tinola Cut) Garlic,Onion,Ginger Sayote or Papaya Fish Sauce Pepper to tase 1 Chicken cubes Green Chili Malunggay or Chili leaves Cooking oil PROCEDURE: Saute, ginger onion and garlic in hot oil pot until auromatic. Add the chicken piecer and fish sauce and render until fats and juices come out. Pour in water and bring to boil. Cook until meat is tender. Add the sayote or papaya until its soft. Lastlly add the chili or malunggay leaves. Ready to Serve.....
Ingredients -500g Glutinous Rice Flour (Malagkit Powder) -2 cups water -4cups grated coconut meat -1cup white sugar -1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds Procedure 1. Combine Glutinous Rice Flour and water in a large bowl. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and stretchy. Shape into small balls and flatten into dough patties. .two. Boil water in a large pot. Put patties into the boiling water one at a time. When the patties are cooked, they will float up to the top of water. 3. Remove cook patties from the boiling water. Coat each patty with grated coconut meat. Top with sugar and sesame seeds.
